What if I don't have customer interviews?
I'll work from your past sales calls (recordings) or your top 3 customer Slack/Intercom chats. We need real ICP language, not your assumptions about it.
Smartlead vs Lemlist vs Instantly?
I write platform-agnostic. Setup is platform-specific (separate upsell).
What about deliverability?
Best copy in the world doesn't matter if you're in spam. Outbound Tech Setup upsell handles DKIM/SPF/DMARC, warmup, and inbox rotation.
Will I get banned by GDPR/CAN-SPAM?
I write US-compliant + EU-cautious sequences. You're responsible for list compliance — I include a 'how to send legally' doc.
What's the expected reply rate?
3–8% on a properly-warmed inbox with a tight ICP list. Below 2% means deliverability or list quality, not copy.
Refund?
If your sequence doesn't beat your current sequence's reply rate after 1k sends, full refund. I've never had to issue one.
